The fact that the arms articulate, it dates these glasses to around the 1950s or later, possibly 1980s or 90’s because, the origin states only Munich GERMANY and not “West Germany”, which would put these opera glasses into the timeframe of when there was an East and West Germany. These opera glass’s arms do articulate to spread out wider or narrower you can reduce the size of the lenses by moving them from narrow to wide.
